Whether you’re celebrating a milestone anniversary, reaffirming your commitment after life’s many adventures, or simply wanting to say “I still do,” our Vow Renewal Ceremony offers a beautiful opportunity to honor the love you’ve built together.
As an Ordained Minister and Wedding Officiant, I’d be honored to help you create a heartfelt celebration that reflects your journey, cherished memories, and the promises you continue to share.
What’s Included
A meaningful vow renewal ceremony lasting up to 45 minutes.
Up to two hours of consultation time to discuss your ceremony preferences and personal touches.
A ceremony experience that celebrates your commitment and shared journey.
Additional Services Available:
Custom Ceremony Script and/or Vows: $150
Rehearsal Attendance (up to one hour): $75
Additional travel, parking, and toll fees may apply and will be quoted in advance.
A $75 holiday fee applies to dates specified in your service agreement.
Important Information
A vow renewal is a symbolic celebration of an existing marriage and does not establish a new legal marriage.
No marriage license is required, completed, or filed for this service.

Please contact Evolution Services before purchasing to discuss your preferred ceremony date, location, and availability.
Once your ceremony details are confirmed, you’ll receive a Wedding Officiant Service Agreement for review and signature.
Your ceremony date and time are not officially reserved until both your signed agreement and 50% non-refundable retainer have been received.
The $150 charged at checkout represents your retainer only, not the full service price. Your retainer is credited toward the total cost.
The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before your ceremony, unless a different due date is specified in your signed agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Your retainer is non-refundable because your ceremony date and time are reserved specifically for you.
If you cancel at least 30 days before your ceremony, any amounts paid beyond the retainer will be refunded.
For cancellations made fewer than 30 days before your ceremony, all payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
Changes to your ceremony date, time, or location are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.
