Notarial Fee: $5 per notarization, charged separately.
Additional travel fees may apply outside the standard service area and will be quoted before confirming your appointment.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost.

Coordinating signing appointments with borrowers.
Traveling to the agreed-upon signing location.
Guiding signers through the signing process and ensuring all required signatures, dates, and initials are completed.
Reviewing completed packages for missing signatures or other administrative omissions.
Organizing and returning signed documents according to the hiring party’s instructions.
