Our Marriage License Signing service is designed for couples who simply want to make their marriage official in a meaningful, straightforward, and stress-free way.
As an Ordained Minister and Wedding Officiant, I’m honored to help you take this important step together.
What’s Included
Verification of both parties’ identities and intent to marry.
A brief legal solemnization of your marriage.
Completion of the officiant portion of your marriage certificate.
Return of the completed marriage certificate to the issuing County Clerk within the timeframe required by Illinois law.
Please Note: This service does not include a personalized wedding ceremony, custom vows, rehearsal attendance, or wedding coordination.
Marriage License Requirements
Couples are responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license from the appropriate County Clerk before their appointment.
Both parties must bring their marriage license and valid photo identification to the signing.

Total Service Price: $150.00
50% Non-Refundable Retainer Due at Checkout: $75.00
Remaining Balance: $75.00
Before purchasing, please contact Evolution Services to discuss your preferred date, location, and availability.
Once your service details are confirmed, you will receive a Wedding Officiant Service Agreement for review and signature.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment. Your date and time are not officially secured until both your signed agreement and retainer payment have been received.
The $75 charged at checkout represents your retainer only, not the full service price. Your retainer will be credited toward your total cost.
The remaining $75 balance is due no later than seven (7) days before your scheduled service, unless another payment date is specified in your signed agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Your retainer is non-refundable because your appointment date and time are reserved specifically for you.
If you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled service, any payments made beyond the retainer will be refunded.
For cancellations made fewer than 30 days before your service, all payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
Changes to your appointment date, time, or location are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.
