Whether you’re exchanging vows privately or celebrating with a small gathering of loved ones, our Elopement Ceremony offers a beautiful, intimate way to begin your marriage.
As an Ordained Minister and Wedding Officiant, I’ll help create a meaningful ceremony that celebrates your commitment and reflects the love you share.
What’s Included
A wedding ceremony lasting up to 45 minutes.
Up to two hours of consultation time, conducted virtually via Zoom or at a mutually agreed-upon public location.
Arrival approximately 30 minutes before your ceremony, when venue access permits.
Completion of the officiant portion of your marriage certificate.
Return of the completed marriage certificate to the issuing County Clerk within the timeframe required by Illinois law.
Additional Services Available:
Custom Wedding Ceremony Script and/or Vows: $150
Rehearsal Attendance (up to one hour): $75
Additional travel, parking, and toll fees may apply and will be quoted in advance.
A $75 holiday fee applies to dates specified in your service agreement.
Marriage License Requirements
Couples are responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license from the appropriate County Clerk before their ceremony.
Both parties must have their marriage license and valid photo identification available.

50% Non-Refundable Retainer: $175.00
Remaining Balance: $175.00
Please contact Evolution Services before purchasing to discuss your preferred ceremony date, location, and availability.
Once your ceremony details are confirmed, you’ll receive a Wedding Officiant Service Agreement for review and signature.
Your wedding date and time are not officially reserved until both your signed agreement and 50% non-refundable retainer have been received.
The $175 charged at checkout represents your retainer only, not the full service price. Your retainer is credited toward the total cost.
The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before your ceremony, unless a different due date is specified in your signed agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Your retainer is non-refundable because your ceremony date and time are reserved specifically for you.
If you cancel at least 30 days before your ceremony, any amounts paid beyond the retainer will be refunded.
For cancellations made fewer than 30 days before your ceremony, all payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
Changes to your ceremony date, time, or location are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.
